As of 2 March in the case of online ticket purchasing instead of vouchers we are providing e-tickets, which are considered to be tickets of full value. Our system sends a confirmation e-mail after each ticket ordering. These e-mails contain the e-ticket, which is a PDF document that has to be printed out in every case.
The code contained in the e-mail is checked in Trafó upon arrival. This way it is not necessary to exchange them for tickets at the cash desk, which used to be the case with the vouchers bought online until 2 March. We kindly ask you for your patience and understanding until the transition to the new system is completed.
